From Dead Yards to Dream Yards
Sod installs, paver patios, irrigation systems, turf conversions, and full property transformations. This is what we do every week across Pinellas County.

Front Yard Sod Install -- Old Northeast
1,500 sqft of Floratam St. Augustine replacing a patchy, weed-infested lawn. Included full soil prep, regrading for drainage, and new irrigation heads. Completed in one day.

Paver Patio -- Treasure Island
400 sqft travertine patio with a 3-foot walkway connecting to the back door. Compacted limerock base, proper slope for drainage, and polymeric sand joints. Built to handle barrier island conditions.

Full Irrigation System -- Gulfport
6-zone custom irrigation system for a 3,000 sqft property. Hunter rotors for turf zones, drip irrigation for planting beds, rain sensor, and Rachio smart controller. Designed for SWFWMD compliance.

Rock Beds & Native Plantings -- Seminole
Converted 800 sqft of unused side yard to low-maintenance decorative rock with Florida-native plantings. Muhly grass, coontie, and firebush over commercial-grade weed barrier. Zero irrigation needed.

Landscape Design -- Shore Acres
Full front yard redesign for a corner lot. Removed overgrown hedges, installed salt-tolerant plantings, added landscape lighting, and built a decorative rock border along the property line. Curb appeal transformation.

Artificial Turf Dog Run -- Gulfport
600 sqft of pet-friendly synthetic turf with antimicrobial infill and a crushed stone drainage base. Replaced a mud pit that two large dogs had destroyed. No more dirt tracked through the house.

Erosion Control -- Pinellas Park
French drain system along the north foundation wall plus regrading of the side yard. Water was pooling against the house after every summer storm. Problem completely solved -- no standing water since install.

Full Property Renovation -- St. Petersburg
Multi-phase project: removed all dead turf, installed 2,500 sqft of new sod, added a 6-zone irrigation system, built a retaining wall along the back property line, and finished with native planting beds. Total timeline: 8 days.
